The chairs are designed to be used and enjoyed in the modern family home and the Krista Leather Chairs have been built to stand up to this use. The thick bonded leather has all been quality checked and the seams are double stitched to maximise the material strength. The deep seat pad on the Krista offers superb comfort from day one. The seat on any chair is usually the first part to show wear, this is often due to poor quality springs and poor quality or no belting at all €“ not the case with the Krista. The Seat is sprung using steel €˜S’ springs and belted using robust nylon strapping. The effect of this is to help the chair to maintain its shape and bounce through many years of happy use.
This attention to detail and quality is seen right across all the chair. The legs are made from solid oak and finished naturally but you could stain or wax them to match your existing furniture if desired. As a final thoughtful feature the chair has invisible nylon foot protectors fitted which very effectively protect hard floors from scratches.
